You agree you are personally liable and responsible for the room account, unless otherwise instructed by a travel company or your employer.
You are responsible for any damage or excess untidiness and additional costs may apply.
Curfew for noise is 9pm. If noise occurs, you will be asked to keep quiet. If noise is constant, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Colonial Terrace Motor Inn IS NOT pet friendly. If pets are found to be in the room, you will be charged a cleaning and pest control fee of $250.
All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is found to have occurred in the room, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
No cooking appliances are permitted in any rooms. No using of the kettle to boil water or the iron to heat food. Microwaves are available upon request for re-heating of meals only. If cooking is found to have occurred in the room, there is a $250 cleaning fee and if appliances are found to be used as cooking equipment a $100 fee will be charged for the replacement of that item.
Payment for your accommodation is by way of credit card or cash only and made prior to or upon check in. Any incidentals – mini bar or restaurant room service – is to be paid upon checkout.
