1) I agree that I am personally liable for the payment of the above account.
2) If the person, company or association indicated by me as being responsible for payment of same does not do so, that my liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company or association.
3) I am responsible for any damage or excess untidyness which incurs additional cleaning costs, $100 fee payable.
4) I agree that the room reserved will only accommodate the amount of people for which the room is set up for – QN 2 persons, QTN 3 persons, DN 2 persons, QDX 2 persons, 2Q2S up to 6 persons, Q3S up to 5 persons, Q4S up tp 6 persons. No additional person over this can be allowed. If additional persons are found to be in the room or mentioned upon check in you may be refused entry.
5) Colonial Terrace Motor Inn is not pet friendly. If found with pets on site or in room an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
6) All rooms are non smoking/non vaping. If evidence of smoking or vaping in the room is found, a cleaning fee of $250 is payable per day the room is out of service.
7) If excess staining on linen a replacement charge of $100 will be incurred.
8) No cooking appliances allowed in rooms. No using of kettle or iron to heat or cook food or liquids other than their intended use (Iron – used to iron clothes, Kettle – used to boil water only). Microwaves are available upon request for the re-heating of meals only. If found to have used appliances to heat food or liquids, other than their intended use, a $100 fee will be charged for the replacement of equipment.
9) Lost Property – Please check your room prior to check out for all goods and valuables. Unless informed within 24 hours of check out, all personal property left behind will be disposed of. Colonial Terrace Motor Inn takes no responsibilty for any property left in your room post check out.
10) Lost Keys – A fee of $50 is payable if a key is deemed lost. This is to replace swipe key.
11) Payment for reservation is by way of pre payment prior to check in or at check in.
12) Surcharges – AMEX Payments 2% Surcharge. Meals – Restaurant Chargebacks and Room Service: $2.50 for Breakfast chargebacks (excluding standalone drinks), $5 for Dinner chargebacks. Early check in between Noon and 2pm $50, Late check out after 10am to Noon $50. Check ins before noon day of check in or check outs after noon day of check out incur an extra nights fee.
13) Bond – If bond is taken, bond will be refunded at check out once room has been inspected. Bond may take up to three business days to clear.
