For your convenience we have queen, twin and 2 bedroom family rooms. All 30 rooms are on the ground floor. Every room at Colonial Terrace Motor Inn has air-conditioning. As a bonus, all rooms are strategically situated so that they not on the main highway, allowing for a peaceful, quiet stay.
As part of our policy, all rooms at Colonial Terrace Motor Inn are Non-Smoking rooms.

Raymond Terrace’s historic wool shipping centre is conveniently located at the Junction of Williams and Hunter Rivers. This area is a gateway to Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley. Bring your family and enjoy beautiful dolphin cruises, whale watching, vineyards, national parks, and unforgettable coastlines.

Additional Information to Help with Your Stay
We are conveniently located 20 minutes (18km) away from Williamtown Newcastle Airport. If traveling to and from the Colonial Terrace Motor Inn by taxi, the fare is approximately $50.00.
From Sydney – Utilizing the Sydney Newcastle Freeway, continue North for approximately 133km towards Beresfield. Merge to right onto the New England Highway then continue on the Pacific Highway for roughly 14km, which will take you into Raymond Terrace. We are situated on the left corner of Glenelg Street and Pacific Highway.

You can arrange for after-hours check-in prior to arrival.
For your convenience we offer off street parking. Limited trailer parking available ( please call prior to arrival to check )
All cancelled reservations that are made within 24hrs of day of check in will forfeit the full amount paid for the first night’s stay.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations after check-in.
