“Brilliant Family Room, Comfortable Beds and Helpful Welcoming Staff”
“The family double room was comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom and a great shower. The kitchenette was complete with microwave, plates, cutlery and utensils. We had breakfast delivered to the unit by the extremely friendly helpful staff and the omelettes were delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the pleasant ambiance of the pool and flower pots. The blue irises were superb. I would gladly recommend this property to family and friends, and will gladly stay again if given the opportunity.” – Stacie B.

“1st Rate – Clean, Comfortable and Handy to Everything”
“Our 3rd overnight stay and like the previous stays – very easy check-in, very comfortable accommodation for 6 in a family suite with a clean bathroom, a well equipped kitchenette, SUPER comfy beds (3 single beds in one room with a TV, and in the main room a double bed and a single bed and another TV).
If you stay here, then its just a 3-5-minute walk to several casual dining options / places that do takeaway (FishnChip shop, Asian, Indian, Kebabs & Pizza) & is just a 7minute walk to a choice of 3 different pubs, a café, Thai restaurant, etc.
(Worth mentioning, there is a restaurant on-site and staff let us know it serves dinner & brekky. I can’t remember when its open and we haven’t eaten there yet.) We’ll stay here again when we pass by on our regular sojourns to & from the snowfields.” – Sharon Y.

“A Great Stop Over Between the Blue Mountains and the Far North Coast of NSW”
“This visit was an over night stop – the main criteria being a comfortable room for the night. The Motor Inn was well lit, easy to access and staff reception was friendly, courteous and welcoming. My room was clean, well maintained and comfortable (I got upgraded from double bed to queen at no extra charge). Shops and facilities were close by, and the motorway was easily exited/entered. The room was a bit more expensive than I planned (I had hoped to find accommodation for around $90, this was $120) but I was happy with the quality/value for an unplanned stopover.” – Michela B
“Excellent Motel for Families, Great Value and Location with Friendly Hosts”
“My family (wife and two kids) and the kids’ grandparents all stayed at the Colonial Terrace Motor Inn for the Easter long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The great thing was they had a room which accommodated all of us and it was very comfortable, clean and had a kitchenette and renovated bathroom. The motel is in a great location near the Raymond Terrace town centre which made it easy for us to go to the supermarket or eat out. We even enjoyed a dip in the motel pool. The Bamfords were excellent hosts and even gave the kids chocolate bunnies for Easter! We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.” – Okyleung
